I am a mother and a teacher and a writer. I love music and making words sing on paper in a thousand different ways. I have spent 28 years of my life in the classroom teaching students of all ages. My passions include music, writing and history. My heroes include Abraham Lincoln and Atticus Finch. My top three favorite novels are East of Eden, To Kill A Mockingbird and Les Miserables.
