I am a Therapist in Vernon, NJ. I work with individuals, couples and groups. When working with couples, nothing makes me happier than seeing a couple who thought it was over, move on together with a relationship better than it had been before. Sometimes, however, it is about helping each of them to move on apart. I have a special place in my heart for people with alcohol and substance issues. One of the most surprising aspects of my practice is work with Teens: it is surprising because I never expected to work so much with them, but I do and have found the process very rewarding. People with Chronic mental illness often find it hard to find a therapist that they can connect with and make progress. This is a population with whom I have developed approaches to help them make the most of their lives.
