Dane Carey

Dane Carey is a Partner at Carey & Jaskowski, PLLC, a Michigan-based law firm where he focuses on complex property disputes, real estate litigation, riparian and water law, business matters, and civil litigation. A northern Michigan native, Dane represents clients statewide and in federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. He also serves as Legal Counsel, Deputy Finance Director, and Board Member for The Brook Retirement Communities, where he helps guide legal strategy, financial planning, and long-term growth initiatives. His integrated expertise in law, finance, and governance supports disciplined decision-making and organizational expansion.
