My name is Matthew Racz and I am a senior at the University of Delaware. Over the course of the next school year, I will be launching a healthy cookie company, called Gotta B.Y.O.M. Cookies (pronounced Buy'em and stands for Bring Your Own Milk). Through my blog, I will be sharing my successes, troubles and helpful resources with those who care to read!
