Zen guide, Life coach, ACT counsellor—Co-traveller. Guide by your side. Ego and Essence :) I am a Zen teacher (Sensei) in the lineage of Fr. AMA Samy's Bodhi Sangha, authorized in 2026 with the dharma name Shizenkara, after three and a half years as uchi deshi (live-in disciple) to Zen Master Fr. AMA Samy at Kanzeon Zendo, Perumal Malai. I am also an ICF-certified life coach, ACT counsellor, author, and change and transformation consultant. I facilitate a year-long online program, Kokoro-Zen-Do in Action. My first book, Fallen Flower, Fragrant Grass, was published in 2025. Two books on Zen are in progress. I guide individuals (20s to 80s) toward passion, purpose, and peace—and work with organizations to build compassionate, collaborative cultures. My approach weaves Zen, coaching, positive psychology, systems thinking, and a lifetime of study in education and transformation. I write without firewalls at kokorozendo.life.
